A New Year

It's a new year, mamas! We've got this! Sometimes it's hard to tell what day it is, let alone which year. But here we are, standing together! Our first meeting of the year was on school choice. This is a family decision, of course. We're just here to help with the discernment process. We had Carol Yazdiya talk about private school. Beth Rasch talked about public school. Anna McCormick talked about home schooling. I think it was an awesome wisdom panel. These three women are amazing mothers, wives and people! They had so much helpful information to share!

We're having lots of play date fun! Walking, story time and parks! The girls night with Rethreaded was postponed. We have one coming up early next month. Come hang out with us! Be thinking of what leadership role you'd like to do for the fall!

2025- A Breath of Fresh Air

It has taken two whole years for this new member to log into the blog and I’ve finally done it! *round of applause* I am definitely adding it to my accomplish and giving myself a pat on the back.  I feel like that is apart of motherhood right?? Trying to do something for so long and not quite figuring it out and then finally someone sees it with new eyes and *BAM* it all connects and works?!  I wouldn’t survive this life without my MomCo (MOPS) village. 🥂 Here’s to fresh new beginnings, an updated blog, and friendships!

Egg Hunts are better with Moms!

One of my favorite events of the year is the egg hunt! Super casual, super chill, super fun! Bring 12 eggs, leave with 12 eggs. You kids run around and “hidden” eggs and then crack them open to treasures. Followed by. Quick trip to the park and everyone naps on the way home.  🏆 WIN WIN

First Meeting of 2025 ✅

What a better way to kick off the year, than a White elephant gift exchange?! One mom’s trash is another mom’s treasure. We had laughs, steals, board games, socks, a BEAUTIFUL pair of leggings, and everything else. It was a great time to sit back and enjoy our group.  After, we played a dice “get to know you” game at tables. Roll the die, pick a box, and spill your tea. ☕️  I truly loved hearing other moms funny stories and embracing that we aren’t alone in the trenches.
