 Sometimes, getting out for a Moms Night Out can be hard! Our Monthly Brunch & Board Games helps that; hosted on Saturday mornings and a “bring your kid so you can hang out” mentality. The more the merrier. I love getting to hang out with moms and not have to stress about my kiddos being there is I can’t find a sitter. I don’t miss out and playing board games (or card games) while my kids play is a win-win-win!🥇 

 Thanks for such a productive meeting & being so receptive, ladies! ❤️ I got some action shots 💪 I hope Ryan was able to answer your first aid questions & I hope you guys gained some new skills and knowledge ☺️ While he wasn’t able to formally certify us during today’s session (to be certified through the American Heart Association- AHA you have to go through a formal class with testing requirements), he does have his Instagram @PulseCheckCPR where you can contact him to schedule a certification course (if you need CPR/BLS for jobs, babysitting, etc.). He is an AHA instructor. For any medical girlies in our group, he also can do BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other certifications.

  Roses are red ❤️ Violets are blue 💙 Happy Valentine’s Day, MomCo!  We have so much love for each and every one of you 💕 February recap thus far: Our first meeting for February was definitely appropriate for Valentine’s Day- we welcomed back Dr. Noelle Pomeroy, a Clinical Sexologist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor! We got to ask questions about intimacy and hear from an expert!  Then on Valentine’s Day, our MomCo Co-Coordinator Anne hosted the cutest Valentine playdate! There was a cookie-decorating station, a DIY Valentine mailbag station, a game of Keepy-Uppy 🎈, and plenty of toys & heart-themed snacks 💕 We topped off the play date with a valentines exchange! 💌 Our mommas NAILED their OOTDs! 🔥🩷 SO cute! 😍 Be sure to checkout the MomCo 24-25 highlight on our Instagram @stmattsmomcojax for all the play dates and things we’ve done this year thus far!
