February recap thus far: Our first meeting for February was definitely appropriate for Valentine’s Day- we welcomed back Dr. Noelle Pomeroy, a Clinical Sexologist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor! We got to ask questions about intimacy and hear from an expert! 


Then on Valentine’s Day, our MomCo Co-Coordinator Anne hosted the cutest Valentine playdate! There was a cookie-decorating station, a DIY Valentine mailbag station, a game of Keepy-Uppy 🎈, and plenty of toys & heart-themed snacks 💕 We topped off the play date with a valentines exchange! 💌 Our mommas NAILED their OOTDs! 🔥🩷 SO cute! 😍

 Thanks for such a productive meeting & being so receptive, ladies! ❤️ I got some action shots 💪 I hope Ryan was able to answer your first aid questions & I hope you guys gained some new skills and knowledge ☺️ While he wasn’t able to formally certify us during today’s session (to be certified through the American Heart Association- AHA you have to go through a formal class with testing requirements), he does have his Instagram @PulseCheckCPR where you can contact him to schedule a certification course (if you need CPR/BLS for jobs, babysitting, etc.). He is an AHA instructor. For any medical girlies in our group, he also can do BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other certifications.
